Returns & Exchanges

At SKS Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory meets the highest standards of fashion and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your bulk purchase, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Approval & Labeling

  Once our quality control team reviews your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt, our warehouse will inspect the items for quality assurance. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
